According to ADP, in 2023 quitting has been less rewarding financially. The median pay differential for switchers over stayers is down to 3.1% compared to more than 7% in 2022.
The Rabid Capitalist expects this trend to continue. The employer will use its power to restore pre-pandemic work conditions. Unfortunately, this will not save the office real estate market.
