After GM announced a major write-down of its electric vehicle (‘EV”) assets in 2025, I predicted that other EV technology pioneers would follow suit in the near term. This week, Ford took a 19.5 billion dollar charge from its EV operations, including the cancelation of an electric F-Series truck.
